The Filipino Flash Nonito Donaire will open his gym today for a public workout. Boxing fans and enthusiasts can see the World Bantamweight Champion working our in preparation for the Donaire vs Narvaez fight this coming October 22, 2011 at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
Not only the fans are invited but also the media are encouraged to attend and watch Nonito Donaire in a full training session in Donaire’s home training quarters, Undisputed Gym, located in San Carlos, California.

The Mexican Superstar, Jorge Arce said that he is willing to fight the Filipino Flash Nonito Donaire. Jorge Arce stated this when he visited Top Rank to discuss his opponent in the Pacquiao vs Marquez undercard. Jorge Arce is very determined to meet Donaire in the ring after his fight in he undercard of Pacquiao vs Marquez.
Jorge Arce stated that he fears no one and is very willing to fight the devil. “I want Donaire”, he said this in front of Bob Arum.

Nonito Donaire said that he will ragain again his best fighting condition when he faces the undefeated champion Omar Narvaez on October 22, 2011 in New York. He said that he wants to be in his best and he want to look spectacular. He also said that he will bring out the same energy that he brought with Sidorenko and Montiel.
The Filipino Flash Nonito Donaire was the only boxer who stop Sidorenko by knocking the latter down thrice in 2010. He was also stop Montiel in the second round of their fight and wins the WBC and WBO bantamweight crowns.

Donaire vs Narvaez Fight in New York

Bob Arum of Top Rank announced that the Nonito Donaire Jr. and Omar Narvaez will clash in Madison Square Garden on October 22, 2011. The venue has been moved because of some issues. It was originally in Home Depot Center in Carson California but Golden Boy Promotions said some concerns and objects that the fight will be in LA. The Donaire vs Narvaez is only a week after the fight of Bernard Hopkins vs Chad Dawson event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Well they are at the same area in LA and it is only a week gap. Bob Arum has taken the complaint of Golden Boy Promotions and arranged that the fight be move in New York.

HBO Approved Omar Narvaez to Fight Nonito Donaire

Donaire vs Narvaez fight on October 22, 2011 has the approval of HBO. This news was announced by the promoter for WBO super flyweight Omar Narvaez, Osvaldo Rivero. He said that HBO approved Omar Narvaez to fight the WBC/WBO bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire. The Donaire vs Narvaez fight will occur in Home Depot Center in Carson, California. It is also been said that it is also possible that the fight could be in Las Vegas but the latest news is the venue is in California.
HBO sports will be the official network that will air the Donaire vs Narvaez pay-per-view on October 22, 2011. The two boxing champs will come face to face in the ring after their respective fights recently where Omar Narvaez won an unanimous decision over William Urina last June 11, 2011 and Nonito Donaire won a second roung knockout against Fernando Montiel last February 19, 2011.

Nonito Donaire and Omar Narvaez face off on October 22

The WBC and WBO bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire will step in the ring once again and defend his belts against the unbeaten WBO junior bantamweight titleholder Omar Narvaez on October 22, 2011 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California. The Donaire vs Narvaez fight was announced by Top Rank CEO Bob Arum where he confirmed that the deal was done and the fight will happen.
Nonito Donaire with a record of 26-1, 18 knockouts fought Fernando Montiel last February 19 in Las Vegas where he won by TKO. Nonito Donaire knocked Fernando Montiel in the second round of the 12 round boxing fight. That fight was Donaire’s 25th win and his 10th knock out in his past 12 fights of his boxing career. His fight with Fernando Montiel was his second fight as a bantamweight.
Omar Narvaez on the other hand with a record of 35-0, 23 knockouts is a southpaw will be making his debut as a full-pledge 118 pounder. The 36-year-old from Cordoba is coming off a unanimous decision over William Urina in June, the third successful defense of the title he took from Everth Briceno in May of last year.
